Radiohead Aniboom
What happens when radiohead asks the internet for their next video? Well the idea was that people would submit storyboards, they would make the best ones and award $10k to the winner. Well thom and the boys were so impressed they awarded four, $10k awards to four really impressive animated videos. Enjoy.

Need a new disc for your Optigan?
A couple of guys who have a passion for the Optigan have figured out how to produce their own replacement disc for the unique synthesizer.
If you don't know what the optigan is, basically Mattel (yes the barbie people) designed a method of using cellulose sheets that optically have the sounds "programmed" into them, instead of using chips, use x-ray sheets. Pretty novel, very unique, pretty much failed because chips got faster and easier to program.
Anyways, check out the blog, they are offering a pre-order of the discs for $93. Here's the video they posted so you can see one of these machines of musical history up and running.
